The Gina Stoj Management Story

 

Gina Stoj Management started in 2002 to fill the need Newcastle actors had for a good local agent.  Word of mouth about Gina’s pro-activity in building actors’ careers made the agency grow so quickly that by the end of that year it was no longer only a small, local agency, but had spread to Sydney. 

Now more than three quarters of the agency’s actors are Sydney based, and although Newcastle actors can still tap into the available local work, they also have 100% of Sydney’s opportunities available to them.

Gina knows the value of pro-activity - not just waiting for the work to drop in her lap, but actually going out and finding it. She combines this with being available to casting people 24/7 so that the job always gets done quickly and efficiently, no matter what time of day, or day of the week, it is.Gina encourages her actors to work on their skills constantly, and run their careers like businesses.
